Business Systems Analyst – Chippenham (hybrid) - £45,000 - £50,000
I’m seeking an experience Business Systems Analyst to join a leading and forward-thinking organisation committed to leveraging technology to streamline and enhance the way the business approaches and uses their software applications. You will be liaising with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements for new and existing systems identifying areas of improvement to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify and document business requirements.
- Analyse and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Design, implement, and support solutions tailored to meet business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation, including process workflows, system specifications, and user guides.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support for Dynamics 365 and related finance systems.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will have:
- A strong background of various business systems
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Experience in requirements gathering and change management
- Experience in finance systems
- Ideally a finance/ accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA etc)
