• $100,000 p.a. + Super – competitive salary.

• Caseload – NDIS adults, home care packages, psychosocial and physical disabilities.

THE ROLE

Work with a highly supportive team delivering community-based OT services across Melbourne, including the CBD and inner southeastern suburbs. Your week includes one day in the North Caulfield office for team collaboration and professional development, two days of admin from the office, and three days on the road seeing clients. This role offers a flexible environment and manageable KPI expectations (70%), ensuring you can grow and thrive in your career.
