Role: IT Support Technician (Educational sector)

Location: Henley, Oxfordshire   

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Hours: Mon – Fri - 8:30 am - 5:30pm

My client is a leading provider of independent education in the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a IT Support Technician to their IT team where you will be based at a very well respected school in Henley.

The successful candidate with have a passion for IT and a strong work ethic. The role will include supporting the school at a 1^st line level with some exposure to 2^nd line work.

To be considered for this position it is essential you can drive as on occasion you will be needed to support schools in other areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Onsite hardware and software support
• 1^st/2^nd Line support
• Working with staff to understand and resolve issues within school
• Provide 1^st class customer service and IT Support

Essential Skills

• Previously worked in a 1^st line support position
• PC Hardware with experience of diagnosing problems
• Office 365
• AV Equipment
