The Role:
Develop trend-led, age-appropriate ranges in line with customer needs.
Work on design briefs, technical packs, and trend boards.
Follow samples through to production, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with factories in the Far East and manage critical paths.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design and technical drawings.
Experience in creating tech packs for manufacturers.
Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
