My client is an organisation at the forefront of palliative and end of life care with a national profile and a chain of lovely charity shops.
They are now looking for someone who can be responsible for the smooth running of a profitable charity shop, providing a brilliant shopping experience and community spirit.
What you will do:
• Lead and recruit volunteers
• Design the shop layout and enticing window displays
• Generate high-quality stock donations
• Undertake administration
• Handle cash, stock deliveries and collections
• Maximise sales through Gift Aid
You must have:
• Retail experience at supervisor level or above
• Experience of leading a team
• Confidence in calculating figures and working with financial targets
