As a leading claimant-side law firm, the professional negligence team have been involved in many high-profile negligence actions arising from fraud, financial scandals, poor professional service, and corporate and project collapses where they have represented claimants seeking redress for the losses incurred due to professional negligence.
The team are seeking and experienced Senior Associate/Managing Associate to advise on claimant professional negligence actions against solicitors, accountants, investment advisers and construction professionals. The role is to be the “no 2” in a team of 3 lead by the firm’s head of professional negligence. It will involve management and supervision of the other member of the team, as well as financial and business development.
