Are you a natural communicator looking for a sales role in Mobile phones – in a call centre
We are looking for a team of people who are hungry to be a part of a National mobile phone – supplier, who are completely customer focused with strong negotiation skills. Your role will be to retain current customers by understanding their lifestyle needs and adapting tariffs to suit and to entice new customers to join the mobile provider once you have spent time gathering all the key motivators from them in having a mobile
There will be a mixture of Inbound and outbound calls to customers who are looking for a great phone deal or customers who may be looking to transfer to another provider.
Your role will be to fully understand the customers’ needs to provide the best mobile and tariff to suit their lifestyle. A keen and passionate interest in phones is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
The role is based in Runcorn – Cheshire, details include
• Working time is 5 days per week, weekends included, the hours of 8am-9.15pm, covering a combination of early and late shifts.
• Working full time
• Starting wage of £9.45PH plus weekly bonus
• Ongoing work – no end date
• Free shuttle bus from various parts of Runcorn and WARRINGTON
You will benefit from a 2 – 3 weeks training program before starting on calling customers, previous experience is not essential. Behaviours are the most important aspect of this role along with be determination to drive sales.
You'll work hard but also have great fun, becoming part of a friendly, approachable team that really pulls together to achieve the very best for our customers.
