My client a leader in their field specialise in the supply of Lifting Equipment.
Due to large contract wins they are looking to add Lifting Equipment Inspectors to their expanding team.
We will consider applicants who are looking for permanent and contract roles.
Job Description
- Carry out LOLER inspection on various types of Lifting Equipment
- Service, Repair & Inspect Lifting Equipment on customer sites & the companies workshop
- Complete necessary paperwork in line with the companies set procedures
- Adhering to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment regulations
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience of carrying out Lifting Equipment inspections on items including Chains, Slings, Shackles, Manual/Powered Hoists, Lifting Beams, Runway Beams plus various other forms for Lifting & Handling Equipment
- LEEA Lifting Equipment Theory Certificates preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of inspection techniques applicable to Lifting Equipment
- Good understanding of method statement and risk assessments
