Brook Street Social Care is searching for passionate and dedicated Crisis Recovery Workers to join an outstanding mental health charity based in Boston, Lincolnshire.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing direct support to clients using therapeutic intervention models
- Empowering clients to develop their own recovery plans, promoting independence and control
- Working as part of a close-knit team, providing 24/7 support
- Liaising with external agencies to ensure clients have access to the best resources
What you'll need:
- A genuine understanding of mental health issues
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting (ideally mental health focused)
- Flexibility to work a varied rota, including sleep-in/waking night shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a creative, empathetic approach
