Role Overview
Working on this large SAP S/4Hana Transformation, this role will work closely with both business and technology teams
The role is required to support the project team and coach them on best practices, ensuring that the overall project deliverables are implemented.
Here is an example of what you can expect in this role
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the business to ensure there is a pipeline of skills within the teams to utilise the new capabilities and support embedding them into the business and;
• Manage specific project(s) within the program to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. This involves overseeing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, constraints, and assumptions.
• Manage the scoping of requirements, business cases (cost and benefits), delivery of outcomes and securing external support where required.
• Operating within the defined delivery methods/tools
• Accountable for monitoring and controlling project expenses, such as current spending and anticipated future costs, and delivering business benefits as outlined in the business case
• Effectively manage actions, issues and dependencies (including crossproject)
• Oversee the handling of project escalations and related issues by engaging with the appropriate stakeholders and utilising Governance forums.
• Ensure the sustainable implementation of project changes by managing people, processes, and systems.
• Manage stakeholders through the utilisation of clear and engaging communication and influencing skills
What you will need....
You will have a sound business acumen and horizontal collaboration capabilities in addition to;
• 5+ years SAP S/4Hana Project implementation experience within finance
• 7+ Years project management experience, in large complex enterprise ERP programs
• Experience in delivering successful and sustainable execution of business projects
• Skilled in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and guiding others in resolving complex issues
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree required as a minimum qualification
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong influencing skills
