Group Talent Acquisition Manager
The Job:
As part of the HR team & reporting directly to the HR Director the Group Talent Acquisition Manager will provide a recruitment function for all areas within the group’s hotel operations as well as their Head Office function. The Group Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure that company policies & procedures are applied and that the company’s core values are maintained. The role is very much about hands-on recruitment, advertising including social media, attending job fairs & conferences.

A national hotel management company with limited service, focus service & full service properties
The Essential Skills:
- Must possess previous experience operating as a hotel Recruitment Manager or a busy recruiting HR Manager within a hotel environment, ideally within a limited & full service hotel environment
- Possess excellent recruitment & selection skills
- Ability to deliver the recruitment strategy
- Be passionate about recruitment & talent acquisition within a hospitality environment
- Must be motivated, disciplined & well organised
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be able to manage GM’s, DGM’s & HOD’s with regards to the recruitment process
