Job Overview:

As an Aluminum Fabrication Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the fabrication of aluminium products. This includes overseeing the work of fabrication technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring the quality of finished products.

Responsibilities:

   - Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of fabrication technicians.

    - Monitor the quality of fabricated aluminum products throughout the production process.

   - Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

   - Enforce safety regulations and protocols in the fabrication area.

   - Conduct safety training sessions for fabrication technicians.

   - Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
