Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating Guests
• Taking Orders
• Serving Food and beverages
• Checking on guests to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
• Handling Payment
• Maintaining Cleanliness
• Collaborating with kitchen staff – coordinate any special request, coordinate the timing of courses to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Upselling – suggest additional items to enhance guest experience in professional way and increase sales.
• Adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years working experience on the same role here in DUBAI only,
• Well familiar with Arabic menu, International menu, Lebanese menu and Mediterranean menu
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a busy restaurant setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary -3,500 to 3,800 AED+ Visa +Medical Insurance +Annual Ticket +Annual Leave (30 days)+ Monthly 2 times tips, Performance based sales incentive, salary increment based on the  performance etc.
