The Role:
As the Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Following up on activities as necessary and reporting any serious issues to the Care Manager.
- Conducting initial assessments for new clients
- Providing care for clients as and when necessary
- Maintaining accurate client and CAREGiver records on the company's software.
- Participating in on-call services as required and monitoring, mediating, and logging both client and CAREGiver activity.
The Candidate:
As a Field Care Supervisor you will need to do the following:
- Maintain confidentiality at all times for all company information, including client, CAREGiver & office data.
- Attend meetings, road shows and other networking events as and when required.
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Participate in quarterly CAREGiver meetings.
- A NVQ level 3 in health and social care
- Experience as a field care supervisor within the care sector.
- Capable of fielding employment enquiries from prospective CAREGivers and arranging for application process as needed.
