The Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in:
  • Strategically scheduling cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Overseeing the provision of compliance documentation for on-site cleaners including Health and Safety.
  • Ensuring all supplies are readily available on-site for the cleaner.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and resolving issues with effective solutions
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager and sales team to deliver on contracts efficiently

The Candidate:
The ideal Operations Coordinator will possess:
  • A track record of client liaison within an operational setting
  • Exceptional organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in PC use, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • A valid driving licence
