Job Title: Insurance/ Protection Advisor - Critical Illness, Income Protection, and General Life Cover
Location: Lymm, UK
Salary: Up to £27,000 + Commission
Job Overview:
As an Insurance or Protection Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and personalised insurance solutions to our clients. This role focuses on critical illness, income protection, and general life cover, requiring a dynamic individual who is hungry to work across the entire market and collaborate with our specialist new build partners, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon homes and Hollins Homes to name but a few.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough client needs assessments to understand individual financial situations and goals.
2. Provide expert advice on critical illness, income protection, and general life cover policies tailored to clients' unique requirements.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
5. Collaborate with my client's UK's specialist new build partners to identify opportunities for business development and client acquisition.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, client referrals, and effective networking.
7. Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals to clients, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in insurance advisory roles, with a focus on critical illness, income protection, and general life cover.
2. Strong knowledge of the insurance market and regulatory requirements.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
6. Hunger to explore opportunities across the entire market and collaborate effectively with new build partners.
