About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with Onboarding project-based personnel into the Competency Management System (CMS)
• Provide administration support for the Training Academy Team as required
• Troubleshoot CMS-related queries for subcontractors to ensure a smooth end user experience

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude, and organizational skills
• Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions, ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
• Tech savvy - familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and basic IT skills
• Ability to learn and interest in project-based construction administration
