Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the global reward strategy, managing key areas such as compensation, pay gap reporting, and annual reviews.
- Reward Projects: Lead initiatives such as job levelling and bonus framework development.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor two Reward Analysts, ensuring their professional growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex reward data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Policy Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement in reward policies and practices.
About You:
- Experience: Extensive expertise in compensation management and Reward projects within a professional services environment (law, financial services, or consultancy is essential).
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in managing complex data sets and presenting findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Project Management: Proven capability to lead multiple Reward initiatives simultaneously.
