This is the perfect next step for a high-performing Senior HR Advisor, especially someone with a background in HR analytics, reward, or benefits, ready to step into a more strategic role with line management responsibilities.

You’ll be partnering closely with leaders, bringing sharp insights from people data to shape decision-making and drive performance. If you’ve worked in a business with 1,000+ employees, you’ll understand the pace, scale, and complexity we’re working with.

 

What you’ll be doing:

-Using data to tell stories and shape people strategy

-Leading on reward, benefits, and DEI initiatives

-Driving change across systems and processes

-Managing and developing two team members

 

What we’re looking for:

-Experience in large, fast-paced organisations (1000+ headcount) - Media, Retail or Hospitality preferred

-Strong grasp of HR systems, dashboards, and reporting

-Proven line management experience (min. HR Coordinator level)
