 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensuring their people strategy aligns with business objectives and the evolving needs of their workforce.
  • Access ongoing training programs, qualifications, and mentorship opportunities to develop their skills and open the door to future promotions.
  • Be the trusted HR advisor, providing expertise on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead projects that impact the broader business, including restructuring and acquisitions, while promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Take an active role in recruitment, retention, and career development, creating an environment where people can thrive.
  • Once a quarter you will be expected to travel to 2 of their offices in the south for meetings

 What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a HR Manager role in Accountancy or another LLP - please note this is a key requirement
  • Direct Line Management experience
  • A passion for learning and developing your career.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, offering support and guidance to employees and management alike.
  • A track record of leading change, from large-scale HR projects to daily HR operations.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and success in all initiatives.
