My client is looking for an Interim HR People Manager to support their London colleagues from now until September to cover Maternity. This is your chance to shape everything from Talent Management to L&D, ER and Engagement! No two days will be the same!

What you need to bring:

  • Retail or hospitality HR experience
  • Extensive knowledge of UK Employment Law with a strong grasp of legal compliance and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing employee transfers (TUPE), ensuring seamless transitions and high engagement.
  • Expertise in multi-site HR management, adapting strategies across diverse locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, building trusted relationships at all levels.
