We are looking for dedicated nurses who can commit to contracts for a 12 week duration in regional and remote locations across Australia. About Mental Health Community Case Management Roles
As a Mental Health Registered Nurse specialising in community case management, your role extends beyond clinical care to include:
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Individualised Care Plans: Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Crisis Intervention: Providing immediate support and intervention during mental health crises to ensure safety and stability.

- Transportation: Valid driver's license, as it's essential for this contract role.
- Flexibility: the ability to be away from home travel nursing to regional and remote locations for a minimum of 12 weeks at a time.
