My client is a world leader in airplanes/helicopters design and construction and is looking for a Diagnostic Support Engineer to insert in the HUMS teams.

Role: Aeronautical Document and Data Manager
Pay: to be defined on the basis of experience
Location: Varese - Italy
Contract: Permanent

The Document and Data Manager is part of the Safety Office team. He/She is the point of contact for any document and procedure issues, answering technical questions and providing technical assistance regarding the documentation production and management of the revisions. The DDM receives the Safety Office technical requests and initiates and/or implements corrective actions as needed, in a timely manner, in order to ensure that an excellent standard of documentation and a high level of procedure’s compliance is achieved and maintained. He/She acts as a document’s author supporting the Safety Office with his MS Office software skills. DDM specific duties and the key responsibilities are listed hereinafter.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce, update and validate documents such as Safety Notices, Safety documents, department procedure
  • Participate to periodic meetings in order to gather feedback on the provided services and products and share all relevant information gathered.
  • Evaluate the priority of important and urgent tasks.
  • Strongly contribute to the design development of new document to better meet the LHTA needs and expectations in liaison with Safety Office.
  • Perform analysis and reports (KPI).

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office application, taking care of (but not limited to):

1) template management
2) issues management
3) approval process management
4) Creates and manage Power Point presentations, effects and animations.

  • Good use of technical English for technical documentation writing.

Qualifications

Qualification High School's degree.

Other

  • Italian native speaker
  • English language level: B2 or equivalent
  • Business Travel No travel is needed.
