Our client is a global company providing a wide array of lab products and services and they are looking for an Italian speaker to fulfil the role as Customer Service Coordinator in the beautiful location Austria.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with lab clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Handle in-bound customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Providing product and delivery information
- Complete order processing
Requirements:
- First experience in customer service, administration, or inside sales. We welcome candidates from different industries.
- Fluent Italian and minimum B1/B2 level of English.
