Salary: AUD35 - AUD35 per hour + + super

 

TwoScots Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly regarded consulting firm in search of an Office Administrator to support their dynamic team. Based in a CBD office, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while assisting with internal and client-facing events.

This is a 3 month temp opportunity, with potential for further extension.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure the office runs efficiently by managing facilities and keeping supplies stocked.
  • Coordinate internal and client events, including logistics, catering, and setup.
  • Support onboarding processes to help new team members feel welcome and prepared.
  • Liaise with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and service needs.
  • Assist with varied and interesting administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Background in professional services or consulting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
