ABOUT THE COMPANY
TwoScots is partnering with a leading consulting and program management firm specializing in health and human services across Australia. This organisaion now seeks a Rostering Coordinator to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract, with potential transition to perm, based in Melbourne CBD. In this role you will be responsible for creating, distributing and amending rosters within an Aged Care setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Scheduling: Manage assessment schedules, ensuring timely site visits and KPI compliance.
- Communication: Coordinate with care services, share pre-visit info, and log all interactions.
- Resource Allocation: Assign assessors, minimize disruptions, and update scheduling tools.
- Data Management: Record assessments, maintain confidentiality, and update progress trackers.
- Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues, attend training, and provide coverage as needed.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years experience in rostering, scheduling or administration.
- Experience in Aged Care highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills.
