Production Controller / Yeovil / £23.35 per hour

The Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Production Controller, where you’ll manage production orders, ensure accurate clocking, and handle shop queries. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close rework and labour-only production orders.
• Monitor and correct WIP issues.
• Update production order statuses and comments.
• Handle shop queries and serial number issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and tidy up activities.
• Create documentation packs and update SAP with Bills of Material.
• Manage shortages and kitting activities.
• Liaise with logistics for timely kitting and raw material launch.
• Support manufacturing shops with various tasks.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Excel and SAP (material management and production planning).
• Strong communication skills.
• HNC in a relevant discipline is desirable.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and MRP.

This is a 12 month temporary contract with the potential to extend

Monday to Friday 37 hour per week
