On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are looking for a number of Customer Support Advisors for a 12 Month Contract based at Optimus House, Swindon.

Who we’re looking for
If you’ve got a customer service background in retail, hospitality or a contact centre, if you’re a confident communicator and looking to take on a new challenge in an established business, there’s really no better place for you. As a Customer Support Advisor at Nationwide, you’ll be making their members’ lives easier and helping them to make the big decisions for their future.
This position sits within the general banking department, talking to our members - this could be via mobile or online banking telephone banking. You will be dealing with all current account queries - Money transfer, Visa disputes, and General Queries - anything to do with a customers current account.
What we require from the candidate;
· Experience of working within a call centre, contact centre or any customer service environment
· Excellent listening and communication skills
· Ability to show empathy, build and deepen customer relationships
· Strong team ethos and ability to work well as part of a team
Please note; This is a 35 Hour working week.
Working Hours during training period are Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm THEREAFTER shifts will be Monday to Sunday, shifts will be between the hours of 8am and 8pm, this will be a 3 week rotational basis with lates one in three weeks
What you’ll be doing
Handling a range of inbound calls, you’ll play a pivotal role when it comes to supporting our members. But, you’ll do more than just communicate; you’ll advise, dipping into your empathy, and ability to help members get the right outcome for them.
· Engaging with the clients customers responding to all enquires
· Delivering exceptional customer service on every call through interpersonal skills, building rapport and engaging with customers in a fast paced environment.
· Developing your knowledge of products and the overall market, to support customers and colleagues and have added value conversations.
