Requirements:

• AHPRA registration 
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting  
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Willingness to travel and work in regional/rural settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medication management and clinical advice
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe use of drugs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
