About the Role

In this senior position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload, including providing advanced care to children, families, and adults.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior therapists to help them grow their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral networks and stakeholders.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance clinical services and drive best practices within the team.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, particularly with paediatric and family-focused interventions.
  • Current professional registration and eligibility for Medicare provider numbers.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to support team development.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and improving client outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
