About the Role
In this senior position, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse caseload, including providing advanced care to children, families, and adults.
- Supervising and mentoring junior therapists to help them grow their skills and confidence.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral networks and stakeholders.
- Leading initiatives to enhance clinical services and drive best practices within the team.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, particularly with paediatric and family-focused interventions.
- Current professional registration and eligibility for Medicare provider numbers.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to support team development.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and improving client outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
