Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SuccessFactors modules.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to design solutions that align with HR objectives.
  • Support the end-to-end implementation process, including configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules.
  • Facilitate workshops and user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the system.
  • Identify and resolve issues during implementation phases, providing recommendations for process improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst with expertise in SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Modules: Knowledge of key SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, ECP)
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional design.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SuccessFactors configuration and integration with other systems.
  • Certifications: SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
