About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to employees across various SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to:

• Recruiting
• Onboarding
• Learning
• Performance Management
• Succession Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees on the use of SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation and resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Trainer
• Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors suite, including core HR modules
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt training materials and delivery style to different learning style
