Precision Sourcing's client are seeking a skilled and passionate SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in SAP Recruitment and Onboarding to make a meaningful impact by delivering best-in-class solutions.

In this role, you will work with diverse stakeholders across industries, designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors tailored to client needs. You will also play a key role in system configuration, and ensuring seamless integration within the broader SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, providing expert advice on best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules and other SAP systems.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and innovations to deliver future-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruitment and/or Onboarding (desirable)
