The Role:
Joining a dynamic and expanding Corporate team that has previously won Corporate Team of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards, you will work on a diverse and high-quality caseload, including:
· Mergers, acquisitions, and business disposals
· Investment agreements and shareholder arrangements
· Group restructures and share reorganisations
· Share options, including EMIs
· Due diligence, disclosure processes, and corporate governance
· Banking and finance matters, including security and loan documentation
· Non-contentious insolvency matters
This is a role offering real variety, high levels of responsibility, and the chance to work alongside some of the region’s most respected corporate lawyers.

The Candidate:
· Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-5 years PQE)
· Strong corporate experience from a national or well-regarded regional firm
· Confident handling a range of corporate and company law matters
· Commercially aware with strong technical skills
· Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
· Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented
