We’re now seeking a highly motivated and results driven Account Director with a passion for driving business growth to cover the A1 corridor region (Midlands to South). Join us as we continue to expand and make a meaningful impact in the world of document management. 

  • 2+ years sales experience in the Document Management sector with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a territory
  • Knowledge of document automation software and digital solutions is preferred but not essential
  • Basic salary £45k-£55k DOE + car/allowance & commission OTE up to £80+
  • Home based role with flexi hours - candidates must be able to travel within sales territory

Account Director Overview:

As an Account Director covering the A1 Corridor, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our key client accounts in the region. Your responsibilities will include

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic document management solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Developing account plans and strategies to drive account growth and revenue targets
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business opportunities
  • Leading contract negotiations and renewals with existing clients
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients

Account Director Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess:

  • 2+ years sales experience within the Document Management sector
  • Knowledge of document automation software and digital solutions is preferred but not essential
  • Strong track record in managing and growing key client accounts
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with document management solutions and technology (preferred but not mandatory)
