Position Title: Training Administrator


Salary: £19.27 per hour


Hours: 37 Hours per week


Contract length: 31.12.2024 with a possibility of it being extended out but this is not guaranteed


 


Client Overview: Our esteemed client, one of the UK's foremost energy providers, seeks a diligent Training Administrator to bolster their training department at the Hartlepool Power Station site. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of essential training activities.


 


Principal Accountabilities:



  • Facilitate the achievement of 100% training compliance by producing comprehensive compliance reports and coordinating with departments to ensure accurate training scheduling.

  • Manage the scheduling of training courses using specialized databases and company systems.

  • Maintain and update existing training records within designated databases and systems.

  • Foster close collaboration with line personnel, training instructors, and training committees to facilitate seamless training operations.

  • Coordinate training arrangements with external training providers.

  • Initiate, monitor, and update procurement requests within company systems.

  • Coordinate and oversee trainees during training activities in the study base.

  • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure efficient document management.

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with office duties as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Ideally possess experience in Training Administration Support.

  • Minimum education requirement: GCSE/National Qualification standards (or equivalent). Candidates with grades '4' and above in English and Mathematics will be preferred.

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer interface skills and strong communication abilities.

  • Proficient in using software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, and AMS at an advanced level.
