Join our team as a Document Controller, reporting to the Document Control Lead at EDF Energy. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and managing processes related to EDF Energy's Document Control and Management systems. Working in a vibrant project team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, overseeing correspondence distribution, and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Maintain, issue, and distribute controlled copies of information, keeping accurate records and ensuring accessibility for the Project Team.

  • Provide advice and information to ensure team members comply with document management system processes, procedures, and best practices.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including the Project Team, Station Document Centre, and third-party Contractors, regarding the issue of information and document storage.


What do you need?



  • Document Controller experience, preferably in a project environment dealing with engineering data and using an Electronic Document Management System.

  • Competence with Adobe Acrobat and proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) are desirable.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.

  • Ability to function as a team player.
