Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary - OngoingÂ
Location: Optional to work in local office - however primarily remote.
You will be provided with on-the-job training, and we do ask that you donât have any holidays during the first 3 to 4 weeks of starting in the role to allow this.
As a trained Onboarding Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for undertaking the following duties:

- Handle the full life cycle of the clearance process in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Ensure details provided and supporting documents presented fully meet the Basic Personal Security Standard or contractual enhancement as appropriate.
- Ensure clearance forms are checked for completeness and accuracy before submission to the vetting authority.
- Liaise with interested parties during the clearance process and inform candidates and managers of vetting decisions where appropriate.
- Provide confirmation of vetting decisions and undertake security briefings as required.
- Provide advice and guidance on vetting matters and respond to queries raised in a timely manner.
- Ensure annual reviews are initiated, followed up and where necessary, additional actions completed.
- Provide timely notifications when clearances are due for renewal and follow up to completion.
- Ensure paper and electronic records are fully maintained and auditable.
- Develop, review, adapt and maintain guidance documentation for the use of individuals.
- Maintain and adapt the vetting forms as required.
- Produce MI reporting as and when required.
- Perform annual audit, of staff working on accounts to ensure correct clearances are maintained.

Skills and experience we canât do without:
- Must have demonstrable experience in handling confidential information relating to individuals.
- Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow things through to completion.
- Fluent English language skills, able to communicate with stakeholders on a day to day basis by telephone, in writing and face to face.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be capable of holding SC level clearance
- Able to quickly build rapport with stakeholders and individuals at all levels of the organisation.

- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities of the business
- Be able to demonstrable ability to converse with external facing organisations to include customers and third-party suppliers.
- Conversant with and be able to provide advice on legislative and regulatory requirements for vetting.
Please Note:Â As part of the recruitment and onboarding processes, we require to undertake the following compliance checks, which must be completed to progress: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Proof of right to work, Proof of Address, and three years of work references. If you have lived outside the UK/Travelled for six months or more in the last five years, you must undertake a police check.
