Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant for a residential care home in Sandbach, Cheshire. General Residential care and for those with Dementia.

We are seeking a full time SCA for permanent Nights or Days.
 
We are seeking experienced carers with at least 1 years experience within a care or nursing home with minimum NVQ L2 and willing to train to NVQ L3 and medication trained.

Typical Duties will include:

* Providing highest quality of care at all times
* Assist residents with their personal care
* Assist residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing
* Taking direction and guidance from Nursing and managerial team
* Working with a team to maintain and improve on the success of the home
* As Senior - delegating to junior carers, leading by example, being a mentor and motivator

This is a full time position 42 hours per week working 12 hour shifts 8-8 Days or Nights available

£12.30 - £12.55 per hour experience/ shifts and qualifications dependent circa £27,500 per annum
