An award winning, highly respected Legal 500 are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly respected (tierd) Dispute Resolution team, based in their busy Crawley office.
The firm regularly work collaboratively with Magic Circle firms, Allen and Overy and Clifford Chance, and are expanding the team due to an abundance of work. This is an exciting time to join such a prestigious law firm, where you will focus on high quality Commercial Litigation cases whilst still enjoying a very healthy work-life balance.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for the following:
- Managing your own case load of a range of disputes including breach of contract, negligence, fraud and defamation, IP, insolvency etc.
- Dealing with a wide range of professional institutions and HNW individuals
- Assisting Partners in high value claims
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will offer the following background/skills:
- Be a qualified (admitted to England and Wales roll) Solicitor - ideally up to 4 years PQE. Please note, that whilst newly qualified Solicitor applications will be considered, it is crucial that you have previous Commercial Litigation experience - either during your training or as a Paralegal
- Strong technical knowledge (dependent on level of experience)
- Solid IT skills
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn

- Commercial awareness
