Role Overview: We are looking for a friendly and efficient Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. This role offers the flexibility to take on additional administrative hours for those seeking a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Optional 20 admin hours for the remainder of the week if a full-time post is preferred.
