Role Overview: We are looking for a friendly and efficient Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. This role offers the flexibility to take on additional administrative hours for those seeking a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Optional 20 admin hours for the remainder of the week if a full-time post is preferred.
