Administrative Assistant (9 Month FTC) (22K) (Crumlin/ Hybrid)
Role: Temporary Admin Assistant
Salary: £12/hr
Location: Crumlin (2 days Working from Home)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the line manager in implementing policies, procedures, and systems.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and computer records.
- Handle information with security and confidentiality.
- Promptly handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Plan and support meetings efficiently.
- Research, analyse, and report information as needed.
- Provide support, assistance, and coaching to colleagues.
- Support health and safety procedures to minimise risks.
- Promote equal opportunity policies and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
- Stay updated on competencies required for the role and engage in relevant learning and development activities.
Requirements:
Either:
Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (including English Language) or equivalent, AND at least 1 year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years.
Or:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience gained within the last 5 years.
Relevant experience includes customer service and general administrative duties.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
Personal Commitments:
Must have access to transportation to meet job requirements.
Ability to work from home 2 days a week.
