Salary: GBP22000 - GBP22000 per annum

Administrative Assistant (9 Month FTC) (22K) (Crumlin/ Hybrid)

 

Role: Temporary Admin Assistant

Salary: £12/hr

Location: Crumlin (2 days Working from Home)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the line manager in implementing policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and computer records.
  • Handle information with security and confidentiality.
  • Promptly handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Plan and support meetings efficiently.
  • Research, analyse, and report information as needed.
  • Provide support, assistance, and coaching to colleagues.
  • Support health and safety procedures to minimise risks.
  • Promote equal opportunity policies and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
  • Stay updated on competencies required for the role and engage in relevant learning and development activities.

 

Requirements:

Either:

Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (including English Language) or equivalent, AND at least 1 year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years.

Or: 

At least 2 years of relevant work experience gained within the last 5 years.

Relevant experience includes customer service and general administrative duties.

 

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.

 

Personal Commitments:

Must have access to transportation to meet job requirements.

Ability to work from home 2 days a week.
