Salary: GBP25000 - GBP26000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.

 

The Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department, contributing to the operations and success of the business. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, customer liaison and coordination with the wider team to ensure a successful sales process.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week; 08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday and 08:30 – 14:00 Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.

The salary is between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams via telephone and email.

·      Utilise CRM software to manage customer information, track and support sales activities.

·      Estimate costs and issue quotations to customers.

·      Delegated purchasing responsibilities.

·      Ensuring appropriate amounts of stock are maintained by a business.

·      Other administrative functions to support the business when required.

 

Skills and Experience:

·      Strong, effective communicator with good written skills.

·      Excellent team-working skills with initiative to work independently.

·      Proficiency in MS Office.

·      Understanding of Pegasus Opera software (not essential)

·      Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
