Salary: GBP28000 - GBP32000 per annum

We’re on the lookout for an Internal Account Manager to join our well established and respected client based in Leicester (LE4) on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience).

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday.

 

The Role:

As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships to secure sales on behalf of our client. This is a varied and fast paced position supporting a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being part of a fast-moving sales team - quoting and helping customers via incoming calls & emails.
  • Promotion of existing stocked brands that customers may not be aware of.
  • Order and invoice entry.
  • Daily despatches of orders.
  • Obtaining FedEx proof of delivery (PODs) for customers.
  • Handling customer credit notes/shortages/damaged goods.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to conduct sales calls.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Electrical wholesale background preferred.
