Working in partnership with the World’s leading provider in projects we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking  Stock Controller to work in the HU9 area of Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers full time, ongoing work with the potential of a permanent role after just 12 weeks with a pay rate of (£11.48/hr) Do you drive? Have a good level of fitness? Good computer skills?

 

YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE AND VALID COUNTERBALANCE LICENSE 

 

Shift pattern / Working hours

  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

The  Stock Controller role is a Temp to Perm position that will commence with immediate effect, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. Once you have completed 12 weeks work you will be offered a permanent placement.

 

Job description

Working on the instruction and supervision of Print Operations Management and assisting Print Operations staff, carrying out the following duties as and when required:

 

  • Logging in and allocating materials to presses as per schedules
  • Working closely with Logistics and Print Administration Support to ensure correct materials are in Print Operations available for use.
  • Checking, storing all cutters for Print Operations and maintaining area.
  • Logging in all consumables for the Print Operations area, storing and maintaining area.
  • Provide general assistance to all Print Operations staff.
  • Liaising with other departments as and when required.
  • Bringing any discrepancies to the attention of Print Shop floor staff including Print Operations Management.
  • Do you drive
  • Have a good level of fitness
  • Good computer skills
  • Awareness and compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, BRC Systems Procedures and Work Instructions.

The successful candidate:

  • Basic IT skills.

  • Forklift licence and a full driving licence
