Semi – Skilled Joiner

We are recruiting an experienced Semi – Skilled Joiner to join Modular building specialist in Hu12 This is a Temp to Perm Vacancy with great opportunities to progress, offering a pay rate up to £15ph more once perm (dependant on experience)

Monday to Friday 7am-4pm

The Semi – Skilled Joiner role is a Temp to Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job description

As a Semi – Skilled Joiner you will be responsible for installing new, refurbished and second-hand units. Day to day you will be expected to;

• Refurbish and maintain all types of modular buildings
• Carry out internal fitting and finishing of modular units
• Carry out basic semi skilled work, such as, Laying flooring, fitting insulation and fitting units, windows and doors
• Terminate / decommission all types of modular units
• Use various hand and power tools to complete works
• Work from design sheets

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Semi – Skilled Joiner you must;

·       Have a minimum of a Blue CSCS Card or CPCS Card (or equivalent)

·       Be willing to work Monday to Friday

·       Have experience working in the modular building industry, refurbishing and installing

·       Have a good level of communication and be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

·       Hold a full UK Driving License is preferable
