About the Role
The Owners Corporation Support Administrator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Owners Corporation Managers and Director. This role involves handling correspondence, liaising with clients and external contacts, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare business and client correspondence.
- Manage the manager’s correspondence, including urgent and sensitive matters.
- Provide daily administrative support to managers and the director.
- Prepare AGM documentation for the Owners Corporation portfolio.
- Liaise with solicitors, financiers, accountants, and members of the public.
- Maintain property files and correspondence records.
- Develop marketing materials for clients and business associates.
- Organise and distribute mail-outs to investors and developers.
- Arrange bookings for functions, events, and seminars as required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
