Job Title: Clinical Sales Director
We are looking for a proactive Clinical Sales Director with a background in education administration, special education, or related services, and a strong knowledge of school funding systems. Ideal candidates will have experience in Speech and Language Pathology, School Psychology, or School Health Services. This remote role involves frequent multi-state travel to engage with clients and prospects.
Location: Must reside in TX. No specific city of residence required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the education sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions, offering tailored solutions.
- Leverage expertise in education administration and special education to present our services effectively.
- Stay updated on education industry trends, challenges, and funding structures.
- Collaborate with teams across recruiting, development, and marketing to enhance service offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver impactful presentations to educational leaders and stakeholders.
- Support marketing efforts by providing input for materials and campaigns.
- Track sales activities and update CRM records accurately.
- Attend industry conferences to network and stay informed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
- Proven sales experience with a background in education administration or special education/related services.
- Experience in Speech and Language Pathology, School Psychology, or School Health Services is a plus.
- Knowledge of school funding structures and budget processes, or ability to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
