Areas of Responsibility


As an IT Specialist, you will support the IT foundation, security, IT systems, IT services, communications and IT infrastructure of our distribution centres and their users across the Cluster. You will support the business users with hardware and software incidents with a proactive and service-oriented attitude. In addition, you will align with the Infrastructure Team Lead on needs, priorities, and focus areas. You will Guarantee and Manage On-Site support (HD) of the local users for all end user-related topics like PCs, client software, Phones and Printers. You will work and interact with various global teams and partners such as IT Services, Workplace, Security, HCL and DELL. In addition, you will train local users on how to use the systems better, for example, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. As IT Specialist, you will regularly join different group-wide IT projects as a member and execute work packages so that they are delivered in ways that drive success while guaranteeing business continuity. In addition, you will establish a relationship with hardware suppliers on purchases, warranties, and support.


You will maintain consistency and usability standards. You must be available to help or coordinate critical incidents. You will maintain and support Systems, Networks, Servers, and Services and perform the Life Cycle Management (LCM2) of IT Infrastructure components in the Cluster and all EUC3 (End User Equipment) in alignment with your manager. In addition, you will create and update infrastructure documentation. You will maintain proactive learning behavior to keep your skills up to date. In addition, you will promote my client's values and culture and support the DE&I strategy.

Requirement


Qualification:

-Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent work experience in IT Operations.

-Experience working on Projects, Prince2 certification is preferred but optional

-Proficient in Danish and English. Any other Scandinavian language is optional but preferred.

-Team Player with good communication skills.

-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.


Knowledge & Years of Experience:

-Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT fields such as IT Operations, Helpdesk or Networks -Familiarity with IT Services, Security, administration and change management

-Knowledge of Office 365, Windows OS and Windows Servers and Networking -Experience supporting software, hardware or network issues -Good communication skills -Team player at international level and in virtual teams -Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
