• Solution Deployment Lead

Role Objective

To ensure a smooth solution transition for each deployment group to the new Facilities Management solution, critical for successful user solution adoption, and to deliver the business benefits.

The Solution Deployment Lead is responsible for detailed solution deployment planning, preparation, set-up, readiness and cutover activities, working day-to-day with the business stakeholders and multiple vendors to prepare users for, conduct and manage a phased solution deployment across all the clients’ operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive deployment plan covering integration solution with support from multiple vendors.
• Lead and co-ordinate solution deployments across multiple sites, executing the plan and readiness checklists in a staged rollout (deploy and back out).
• Ensure the deployment plan and activities are communicated and adequately resourced to support users during the transition.
• Ensure high quality manual and automated data migration.
• Ensure business communications, user and manger training, hardware installation and configuration, user setup and access, data migration are managed in a timely manner in consultation with the business customers.
• Conduct post deployment reviews and evaluate, document and implement recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Identify, resolve and manage deployment risks and issues.
• Track and report on solution deployment issues and defects

Experience:

• 5+ years software solution deployment management experience across multiple facilities
• 5+ years' experience in solution deployment strategies, approach and plans Solution Deployment Lead
• Experience in effective and proficient software solution deployment to the defined schedule and manage business expectations
